3. Before you arrive to your first group class - 

          a. Plan to arrive early  to  fill out a form

          b. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you wear a MASK, but it is not mandatory. We're still preventing COVID-19* from spreading into our academy.

*If you are sick with COVID-19, flu, or cold, please stay at home. Schedule for a visit when you're fully healthy and symptom-free.
