It combines Western Boxing punches with powerful leg kicks. The goal of Muay Thai is simple: break your opponent down physically. They aim to break the legs, the midsection, and the head. Muay Thai's use of the clinch is unparalleled. Clinching the opponent's neck, the fighter fires elbows and knees continuously. Knockouts are common in the sport.
